Getting nutritious foods to people in need throughout our county is one of our key initiatives at the Food Bank for Westchester.  One of the ways to ensure that families, particularly children, choose healthy options when they are available is through education. We work all year long, and in many ways to provide nutrition education and raise awareness as to why nutrition matters; to educate families how to cook and serve fresh fruits and vegetables.

Eat Healthy NY is a campaign that really helps get kids excited about nutritious food.  Our second annual Eat Healthy NY Day is happening on March 12, 2015
