how to help: Donate Time: Volunteer

We greatly appreciate your interest in volunteering at the Food Bank for Westchester. We have two ongoing opportunities for volunteering in our warehouse: FAMILY REPACKS (Saturdays) and COMMUNITY SERVICE NIGHTS (Thursdays). These typically  involve sorting and repacking donated or bulk foor items.

Dates for 2013 are listed below - note that some of them are already booked and maked as full. Please note:

• We cannot accommodate walk-in volunteers – you MUST preregister.
• Children under age 16, whether in a group or individually, require special arrangements beforehand.

• NO SLEEVELESS SHIRTS OR TANK TOPS
• NO OPEN-TOED SHOES
• NO SHORTS ABOVE THE KNEE
